How fast is the server setup?
Setups are completed within 1-2 working days, however we usually can setup servers the same day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards and Paxum (ask support). Some payments will be manually checked before they are accepted.
Is reinstallation free?
Yes! OS Reinstallation is free.
Do you provide Managed Services?
We do not provide managed service at this time, however we do provide a service where you can pay a one off fee to have our support staff configure or install software onto your server.
Is there a Setup fee?
We don’t charge setup fees on any of our basic plans, however if you require a custom built server, we will likely charge a small fee.
Can I rent more IPv4 addresses?
Yes. Create a ticket for inquire about more IP addresses.
Do you provide Windows?
Yes. You can request Windows installation during server setup. It carries an extra monthly fee with it.
